Our GENERAL BOOKKEEPING system works well for Contractors because it is portable and simple.  Simply keep a mailer handy in the house, shop or truck, and place paperwork in it as it is generated:  Supply slips, gas receipts, repair bills, payroll information, etc.  When the envelope is getting full, seal it up and stick it in the mailbox.  Even our contractors in NJ and PA find it is much easier to use the mailer than to try to remember to drop things off at our office.

We take it from there, entering all of your information into QuickBooks, organizing and filing your paperwork and sending it back to you with a back-up disc.  Alternatively, we will help you sign up for QuickBooks Online  (with our Pro Advisor discount) and you will have access to your company’s financial data 24/7 through the internet!
